| | | DAVID STEWARD
Position: CEO
Mr. Steward has been an active player in the oil and gas industry for close to 40 years. He is the founder and former president of Horseshoe Energy, Inc., which remains active in numerous exploration ventures, and he is a partner in Steward Energy Resources, a family business he owns with his two brothers. A third generation oil and gas man, Steward is currently involved in the exploration and development of hydrocarbon resources throughout Texas, in particular South Texas, the Gulf Coast and East Texas with ownership in over 143 wells. He has been successfully identifying, exploring and developing oil and gas opportunities for decades and has partnered with numerous large and small companies including Anadarko Petroleum, Amoco, Chesapeake Natural Gas, Texaco, Hunt Petroleum, Marathon Oil, XTO, El Paso, Encana and the legendary Texas businessman Billy Joe "Red" McCombs (McCombs Energy) to name a few.
Steward is a Certified Professional Landman and an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen. Mr. Steward also owns Steward Estates, which owns a commercial office building and is currently developing an 800-home subdivision near Conroe, Texas. Mr. Steward received a BBA degree from Texas A&I University. Steward has also been active as past Director with Ducks Unlimited, Gulf Coast Conservation Association, and numerous local and national organizations and current member and Pilot with the Civil Air Patrol.

| | | MICHAEL STUDDARD
Position: President
Mike Studdard is a member of American Association of Professional Landmen and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists. He is an independent landman, founding Michael S. Studdard and Associates a company specializing in seismic permitting and exploration ventures. Mr. Studdard founded Signature Geophysical where he was responsible for hiring and supervising landmen, field crews, sales and marketing. From 1989-1992 he was Regional Director of Sales for GFS Company where he was responsible for coordinating and managing sales and marketing activities and developing relationships with oil and gas companies including Mobil, Texaco, Exxon and Chevron in addition to independent exploration companies. From 1986 to 1992 he was employed by TGC Industries as National Sales Director where he increased sales from $6M to $18M within first 2 years. From 1976-1986 he was co-owner of Ward Exploration where he was Manager of Public Relations and Sales responsible for personnel and budgets as well as manager of filed crew operations. Prior to Ward Exploration, Mr. Studdard served in various capacities with SPS Services, Inc.

| | | GEORGE BARNES
Position: Vice President of Operations
George Barnes has been President of Barnico Drilling for the past 14 years. He is a second generation oil & gas drilling contractor with over 24 years of hands on drilling operations experience. Mr. Barnes has experience in all facts of drilling ranging from site preparation all the way through drilling and completion. Under his leadership, Barnico Drilling has been providing drilling rigs, crews and auxiliary equipment to drill oil and gas wells, together with excavation equipment and operators used in the preparation of drill site locations and rig access roads. He has oversight and management responsibilities for two drilling rigs, a fleet of rig hauling tractor trailer trucks and caterpillar crawler tractors. Mr. Barnes manages up to 40 employees of which 18 are highly-experienced, key employees who have been with the company from its inception.

| | | FRANCIS LING
Position: CFO
Mr. Ling brings over two decades of banking and financial management experience encompassing financial institutions and the private sector to his position as CFO at Wentworth Energy. Mr. Ling holds Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce, and Masters in Business Administration degrees, along with a Fellowship in the Institute of the Canadian Bankers' Association. He has enjoyed a broad employment history in various senior management positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Dixon Networks Corporation; Manager, Commercial Services, Toronto Dominion Bank; and Director and Vice President of Finance, Canmax Properties Corporation.
